Salary $157,014 – $190,853 Annually

The position of Airport Director is an at-will appointment and serves at the pleasure of the City Administrator. The newly selected Airport Director will provide leadership to a department with a commitment to providing excellent service.  In addition to providing oversight and leadership for the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the department, he/she will serve as top advisor and liaison to various community and advisory groups.  The Airport Director is also responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive employee and labor relations climate, and for the proper and efficient use of both human and financial resources. SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER

San Francisco International Airport

Salary $116,350 – $141,388 Annually

Desired candidate will have knowledge of the principles and practices of Federal and State environmental laws; knowledge of FAA rules and regulations pertaining to airport planning and environmental laws; ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data pertaining to environmental impacts of proposed projects; ability to speak effectively and deal tactfully with stakeholders, including the general public, governmental officials, professional and technical persons, and employees; ability to write clear and concise technical documents; and ability to develop administrative procedures and budgets, and supervise the work of other employees and consultants. DEPUTY DIRECTOR, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport

Salary $85,114 – $103,480 Annually DOE

Under general direction of the Director of Airports, assists in the planning, organization and direction of programs and resources involved in the operation, maintenance and development of County airports; coordinates communications, information and personnel to assure airport compliance with established requirements and meet County airport needs; supervises, trains and evaluates the performance and development of assigned personnel; and does other related work as required. The Senior Engineer must possess in depth knowledge in the theories, principles, practices, and techniques related to civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, and/or geotechnical engineering, architecture, and capital project delivery.
