The Model Environmental Practices Report is intended to be used as an educational tool for airports both within and outside California, as well as industry partners interested in learning about the best available environmental practices to date. Model practices are outlined into four major categories: Air Quality, Renewable Energy and Efficiencies, Waste Management, and Water Quality. Each section of the report provides specific examples of goals and initiatives undertaken by various California airports.
